Returns & Exchange


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Gift cards, vouchers or certificates are non-returnable items and we do not accept returns of on sale/clearance items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, unwashed). It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags and barcodes attached.

All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless a product is faulty. We suggest that return shipments are sent through a shipping carrier that offers tracking service such as Australia Post, Star Track or NZ Post. Please note: The amount refunded excludes any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase

You are more than welcome to return your Afterpay order online for a refund provided it meets with our Returns Conditions above. Your Afterpay balance will be reduced to reflect the new order total once the refund has been processed, refunds can take up to 5 business days once processed. We are unable to exchange any Afterpay orders online.


Online purchases do not allow exchanges. If a different size or colour is desired, just return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you would like.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected by Fallen Returns Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), when return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

Please note that (depending on your credit company) this process may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Purchases made through Afterpay will be processed as outlined in the Afterpay Terms of Service - Refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
